 Houston Northwest Primary Care is located in the convenient northwest area across from 

Northgate Country Club Subdivision on FM 1960 approximately 3 miles from I-45 West. Houston Northwest Primary Care has been providing healthcare to thousands of families and individuals throughout Houston, over the past 30years.  

At Houston Northwest Primary Care we offer a wide range of services to our patients including routine 

illness (acute & chronic), minor surgeries & procedures, well child care & health maintenance.
