Jeffery Lambert, MD

God has given me a special gift to be able to communicate the nature of the problem to patients in a compassionate, simple manner that they can understand. I like to use anatomy pictures, models and real life examples to help you understand what may be wrong or right with your body. I believe that when you understand better, you will comply better with our plan of action. Medicine has always been about a partnership between the doctor and patient, both working together toward a common goal of improved health, focusing primarily on prevention. I enjoy seeing a wide range of problems from young teens to older seniors. I especially love getting to know patients very well and beyond just their medical problems. I don't rush patients through their visit.

Dr. Lambert grew up in a military family, moving frequently, before settling in Austin, Texas. He attended the University of Texas. He received his degree in medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center-Houston (UTHSC) (1985) and completed his residency through UTHSC in Conroe, Texas (1988). He was selected by his peers as "Americas Top Doctors" in 2000, 2001, 2005. He is board certified in Family Medicine, a Diplomate of the American Academy of Family Practice, a member of the Texas Medical Association and Harris County Medical Society.

Dr. Lambert enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. He also enjoys golf. He has a special love for missionary work in Guatemala and more recently, Haiti.

Noel M. Han, MD

“I believe effective communication between the doctor and patient is a key component of excellent healthcare. After an office visit, patients should know their diagnoses, medications, understand their test results, and understand the plan of action and the instructions given. I will spend the time necessary with my patients to effectively communicate the plan I have formulated to ensure a high quality of care.”

Dr. Han is a native Houstonian but has spent time in Saudi Arabia, Hawaii, and Oklahoma. He received his degree in medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center – Houston and completed his residency training in family medicine at the Baylor College of Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Han completed a postdoctoral research fellowship at the M. D. Anderson Cancer Center. He is board certified in family medicine, and a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, Texas Medical Association and Harris County Medical Society.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Han enjoys spending time with his family, staying in shape by running and training in tae kwon do. He also enjoys reading and listening to music.

A. Michelle Bullard, MD

I have come to understand that building strong, personal relationships with patients is what makes medicine meaningful. While I am fascinated by the basic science behind medicine, it is working with people that truly excite me. Family medicine offers the opportunity to work with patients and their families, plus play a vital role in the community through participation in health fairs at churches and vaccine clinics. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children.

I attended the University of Arkansas and graduated in 1993. I went on to pursue my medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Science in 1998. I completed my residency in Family Medicine at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. I began my practice in Northwest Houston in 2001.

Mark Westbrook, MD

Dr. Westbrook has been practicing Family Medicine in the 1960 area for the past 21 years. He was born and raised in Houston, attended Baylor University in Waco, then completed medical school at UT Houston and his Family Medicine residency at Memorial Southwest. In this rapidly changing medical environment, he takes pride in his ability to take time with his patients, carefully listen to their health concerns, and help them navigate through the system to better health. He is an avid fisherman when he can get away, but his main hobby is his vegetable garden in the back pasture.

Bradley Hough, MD

Dr. Hough grew up in the Spring area, and attended grade school locally. He graduated from Klein High School before attending the University of Texas at Austin. He went to medical school at University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and then completed a residency program in family medicine in Conroe, Texas. Dr. Hough is board certified in family medicine. He enjoys taking care of both acute and chronic problems as well as caring for patients of all ages.

Dr. Hough is married and has two young boys. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, as well as outdoor activities including fishing and hiking.

Cindy Roland, R.N, M.S, FNP.

As an RN for the past 35 years, I have developed strong nurse-patient relationships with my patients. This has carried over to my practice as a Nurse Practitioner. Being on both sides of the practice settings- as a nurse caregiver and a Nurse practitioner provider - has given me insights into the needs of my patients and their families. And I enjoy what I am doing.

I attended graduate school at Texas Women's University in the Texas Medical Center. For 14 years I served in the United States Army Reserve in the Army Nurse Corp., serving active duty during Desert Shield/Desert Storm. I began at Houston Northwest Primary Care in 1998.

Bonnie J. Martinson, RN FNP-C

Coming from the background as a registered nurse, I think that this prior experience has given me the unique opportunity to view the patient as a whole. This has helped me be more aware of the importance of patient teaching. I like to take time with patients to explain both their acute and chronic conditions. I individualize each patient's treatment plan. I also encourage patients to be involved with their own planning and I feel this helps patients to be responsible for their wellness.

I went to an undergraduate nurse practitioner preparation program at Brigham Young University; then worked as a nurse in busy emergency departments for over 20 years. Most of that time was spent at Houston Northwest Medical Center. I went back to school to get my master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner (N.P.) at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. I have been practicing as a N.P. since 1999 and am certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

I have six wild boys and enjoy their antics. I am also very involved with my church as the leader of the children's organization and with the Boys Scouts of America. In my spare (?) time I enjoy bicycle riding.
